Anyone seen this new product? it seems over priced and amounts of the ingredients used seem crazy like 10+g of creatine a day!

don't criticize what you don't understand.
Kickass
Why dont you explain it to me rather that talking shit!
kingnbajam
then first of all post your question in a normal way, instead of stating that it is overpriced and the amounts in it don't make sense. Just read all the articles written on the subject and check out the longer post, which should explain most things. No one forces you to assume everything and buy all the supps in existence.

Also, it should be noted that POSTING EVERYTHING IN CAPS IN YOUR TITLE IS AN EASY WAY TO LOOK LIKE A JACKASS!!!! OVERPRICED!!! ONLY 10 GRAMS!!!

On top of that, the whole "explain it to me instead of talking shit!" bit needs to be tossed right out. Ask questions in a civilized manner and you'll get civilized responses. This isn't bb.com and for good reason.

I did ask in a civil manner until tosspiece kingnobjammer started winding me up! Didnt realise this was advance section hence a simple question and still awaiting an answer guess you have no. Many thanks

I find it ironic that with Phosphagen XT they were all about bringing simple carbs down and upping insulin response with 4-Hydroxyisoleucine. Now they are giving you a ton of suger with creatine, taurine and beta-alanine. I have no problems saying this is overpriced junk.
