Ok guys, I decided to revise my diet and try carb cycling...Here it goes...This is a 3 day split, of which goes...Mon,Tues,Wed, than repeates on Thurs,Fri, and Sat...I would have a refeed on sunday.

High Carb Day -

- 300G protein - 1200 calories
- 300G carbs - 1200 calories
- 50G fats - 450 calories

Total Daily Cal - 2850

Med Carb Day -

- 300G protein - 1200 calories
- 150G carbs - 600 calories
- 50G fats - 450 calories

Total Daily Cal - 2250

Low Carb Day -

- 300G protein - 1200 calories
- 50G carbs - 200 calories
- 50G fats - 450

Total Daily Cal - 1850

On the currnet diet I'm taking in 18,900 a week, on this mode I would be taking in 13,900 to 15,750 a week, that's a difference of about 3 thousand calories difference, what's everyone opinion on this?...Also my current diet is

2700 cals a day broken down on training days I do 300g P, 250g C, 50g F, and on non training days, 350g P, 200g C, 50g F.

Would you guys say that this is a wise decision?

I just started this diet this monday on same rotation and close to same ammount (can look at my Training log for exact foods cals, carbs, fat, protein)

So far I love it. I dont feel like I am on a diet except on the no carb days and then your mind KNOWS you have them good ole carbs coming the next day so its very easy to live through.

Honestly the hardest part of this for me was actually forcing myself to woof down min of 270 Carbs cause for me thats a lot of carbs.

I only weigh my self 1 once a week so this coming monday I will be able to say how much weight I lost. Only being on it for 5 days I can already feel I have lost weight and lifting weights I can already feel see increase in muscle.

Hope it works as good for you.

that's awsome man, do you have refeeds and when?

The idea with carb cycling is that your high carb days act as short, infrequent refeeds. There should be no need for "traditional" refeeds with carb cycling done correctly.
