well im thinking of doing a competition, i dont know if i should though cuz ive only been cutting, right now im at 20%bf havent even had a bulking cycle. should i do competition or should i just gain, and then cut. dunno what to do. thanks.

edit: just looked at the pic... you could do ok in a teen division if you leaned up enough. smile.gif

thanks layne. well im 16 180-182lbs. so i have like 20-30lbs to drop before im at a good bf but i just wanted to do a competition to get the feel for it. today im starting again cutting with morning cardio 3-5 times a week, and im following TP's carb cycling. hopefully ill start going to the gym next week. thanks guys for replying.

cardio 5 times a week may be a little excessive IMO. Remember to keep weight training to retain muscle mass while cutting.

actually i plan on gain muscle mass during the cut. i know alot of people will say u cant but i think its possible. train hard and eat and i think ill gain some.
