I'm not trying to win any competitions like you guys, just want to be hot stuff for my hubbie... thinking 20% BF. I'm also a working mom so don't have time for anything excessive.
I've read TPs articles on carb cycling and started that this week to change things up. I haven't done any cardio this week (ACK), because his article is giving me an excuse not to.
However, I have upped the intensity of my lifting and have sore butt to show for it.I WILL MISS MY FREE DAY, when I eat like a maniac and love it. Any former BFLers on here?
I do think I need to do SOME cardio at least, what's the point of looking good if you can't run up a flight of stairs because you're in bad shape cardiovascularly?
On protein - is Designer Whey good or bad stuff? Like the taste, want opinion on the quality... I hate the EAS precision protein taste.
