Well if anyone has been on bulknutrition lately uve noticed they have this contest going on. im wondering if its worth it for a 16 to pay the 99 bucks and try out the supps and do their work out program, i was gonna do Max-ot but anybody know if thats better? any help would be cool

I personally think the program they have laid out is far superior to MAX-OT.

I still see nothing wrong however with you entering the contest however. It's a good supplement deal to begin with, and--likely-- since you are young and don't possess all that much training experience, you're probably in a better position to really "recomp" (or at least noticeably alter your physical appearance through training) if you really train hard & observe a proper diet & supplement regime.

Thanks! The program is something that is based on science (the Scivation Scientific Advisory Board) and experience (it helped get my wife shredded and helped me achieve great results!).

Diet and training are key to someone like you . We don't tell you that our supplements alone will give you mind-blowing 400lb gains in lean mass. However, when coupled with an optimal training and diet program, they WILL help you get great results. Name another supplement company whose owners arw willing to put their plans and products to the test with weekly update pictures. Dave Rosland and I are doing just that. We truly believe in what we do.

Give it a try! Besides, not only is it a great deal on supplements, but who wouldn't want a big, laminated, high-quality poster of themselves in the best shape of their life?!

Thanks!
