Try to eat about 1900 cals a day. This will help you drop fat slowly while still allowing you to gain muscle. Get your fats and carbs from healthy sources like brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole wheat foods, lean meat (throw a steak in once in a while). I would also suggest you get a good multivitamin. Make sure you eat atleast 172g of protein. As for training, how many days a week can you lift?

Look at Bigger, Faster, Stronger for a workout possibly. It was what most of my schools football team did and also the weight training classes. I saw many kids go from Squatting 95lbs. freshman year to 405lbs. by the end of there senior year with it. Zepplin from this board also has a few sports based workout floating around these boards. Take a look for them.

In that case go on google and search for Bigger Faster Stronger(you could probably find it for free).

Not to be mean but a split like that won't get you very far in football.

This the BFS website:

Than go to total program. Pretty much has it all there.

it cost money. What you mean a split like that wont work? Should I do like 2 leg days one arm one chest one back and 2 shoulders or something like that?
