Hey guys,
new here but I need your help. I'm consistently dogged my semi-flab on my abs and a saggin' set of pecs. I need help!
Used to be ripped doing 20 carbs or less for about 9 months along with the ECA stack 2 years ago but felt like shit and had zero energy and lost muscle mass. I'm sort of sensitive to ECA stack type stuff -- had a couple of chest pain incidents in the past.
I'm just eating carbs when I wake, pre-workout and post-workout now then doing low carb for the rest of the day.
I heard about fish oil (not taking it now) and lipoderm-ultra but unsure of these. Seems like water retention and I go hand-in-hand. Right when I eat carbs, I quickly show it on my face, abs and chest.
Any reccomendations? Doing lots of incline stuff for the chest now and consistent ab-work on the swiss-ball. it's just a question of leaning up I know but damn, I put the effort in weight training and cardio afterwards but still plagued by this loss of definition.
As far as supps go, I'm just taking whey protein powder (40g) post workout, 2k mg of l-glutamine post-workout. Creatine has made me bloat in the past so I quit that. I'm totally willing to try new things.
Thanks!
Included is a current pic of me.

It seems ab-solved might be a better route. I like fish oil really helped me break a plateau. I have also heard good things about swole for no bloat creatine. Hope this helps some.

What do you do for your abs in terms of training?
Frequent swiss ball work doesnt sound too good. All you need to do to drop the rest of that fat is get on a beter diet. Try carb cycling by twin peak. That has worked for many people (myself included)
1 more thing.... "2kmg glutamine" hahahaha

I'd stick with Lipo (doenst look like you need Ab-Solved too much), and work on your diet.
Track everything you are eating, and see what it comes out to, ##s wise.
I bet it's more than you think.
Also, know that it may require near-constant misery for you to have truly "ripped" abs all the time.
