Alright, I just figured I'd contribute to the forum in a miniscule way. So here is my recipe for Post-Workout Recovery Pudding.
1 whole box Fat Free pudding (24g malto)
1 (or 2) schoops whey (28/56g protein)
4 Nilla wafers (12 carbs, approx. 6sugar)
1 1/4 cup Hoods Fat Free Milk (approx 14g Protien, 5g carbs)
It tasted wonderful, just like Banana Cream pie.
For extra carbs, feel free to use regular milk. Or for even more carbs, some Reduced Fat Oreo's. Good stuff.
