I will be starting TP-PT on monday, but I have never done volume type training like in Phase 1. For those experienced in volume training, do you have any general tips or advice on it?

get a decent sized workout shake, and sip it throughout the workout. Also, some caffeine pre workout isnt a bad idea.

Make it a point to remember to breathe.

Sounds simple and stupid, but it can make a huge difference.

If you can, split the workouts into two-a-days. In weeks three and four your body will be thanking you, trust me.

If you are used to low volume, be sure to get plenty of sleep, and eat a bit more.

I'd be interested to hear the results, in terms of LBM etc

P.S In-workout shakes have been one of the great discoveries of my training life.
Trust me, they work wonders.

Well, I was doing it while cutting (though not super-strict about my diet), and I appear to have gained about 2.5 pounds of lbm while dropping about 8 pounds of fat.

Overall, I was very happy with the program, I'll be doing it again starting around the end of September, and I would love to try it while bulking, but I have about another 15-20 pounds to drop before I do that.
