Wow what a magic combo!!

My diet and training have been analy consistent over the past 5 weeks, and it seemed I was starting to hit a plateau. Then at the beginning of the week my supps came in. I switched from the Xenadrine EFX to the Redzone and from L-Ultra to L-Y. Used them for 3 days and BAM!! 2lbs down. Then on wed I made some extra changes (upped cardio by 15 min + dropped 100 carb cals ) And BAM again!

Amazing. smile.gif

I had been using Lipoderm-ultra for most of the time (because remember last time I dieted I said I wasnt impressed but didnt have the time to make an honest go?) So I took the time and the results were the same, nada. Im no scientist I just know the Lipoderm-y works better on me then the Ultra. With the L-Y the results were almost instant. I know they say thats impossible, like it should take a couple weeks to work but Im telling you there is a visual difference. Now normally I take pics every 2 weeks, but I think Im going to post pics this week, so you can compare to last week and see what Im talking about. Particularly in the midsection. I mean were talking a 4lb difference!

Now I just hope the weight drop starts to level out or Im in shit. ph34r.gif

We generally recommend Lipo-Y over Ultra for women, though usually just for lower body fat.

What are your thoughts on the redzone as far as energy lift it gives...I have been thinking about getting some for an energy boost.

Depends on how sensitive you are to caffeine. Im pretty sensitive so it gives me a kick. Im not a coffee/tea drinker normally tho.

Thanks for the reply...I might get some to see how it works for me as far as energy boosts go.
