This 1st post is just my initial feedback (only been using 2 weeks) but so far, it has worked excellently.

I have been dosing 6 squirts in the AM and 6 in the PM on my abs/love handles on high carb days, which total roughly 2000 caloris above maintenance.

The past 2 weeks, I have run approximately 6000calories above maintenance all in all, and my abs seem to be becoming more defined. I hoped absolved would stop new fat gain, but it seems to have help me shed fat. Even with the added bloat from 750g+ carbs on high carb days, my abs are still more visable than before.

I will post before and after pics at the end of my 4 weeks use to show the results. but so far, I am very pleased.

BTW, I have 1 question. As I am using it only on high carb days (4x per week) is there any need to cycle it? I have heard suggestions of 4on 2 off, but is this needed if I dont apply every day?

After this 1st 4 weeks, I plan to use a combo of absolved on high carb days, and lipoderm-y on low/no carb days. And see how that works.

Just to verify, this was the old version of absolved(sans sesathin)

wow! ohmy.gif That's some awesome feedback... I'm going to use absolved too during bulking, so I'm looking forward to it. I would not use Lipoderm however... I don't believe it will have an impact when you're at such a calorie surplus. I might be wrong though...

You have to consider though, that I am not in a surplus on low/no carb days.

Low days are 600 below maintenance, no are 1200 below. That is where the lipoderm comes in. I may add some capsician to it also, if I can find a source in the UK.

I am planning to do the same for my experiment with UD2.
Lipo Ultra/Absolved on Low/High days...

Let us know how it works out for you.

What dosages will you use for that?

id advise 8 squirts AM and PM on the carb up.

You eat 1200g right?

I'm not too sure on lipoderm dosage though. I haven't really looked into it all that much.

I'll try your rec for absolved...as for lipo, I used Lipo and cap a few months ago to very very good effect. This time tho, I will run Lipo by itself, most likely 6 squirts twice a day on the low carb days.

According to my calculations (I have a nice excel sheet with formulas and stuff) I need 1272g of carbs on the refeed (using the 7.5xlbm).

I am also considering running 7-cort (systemic 7-oxo) instead or in addition to it...not sure yet

I have been looking into systemic 7oxo also, is it at all surpressive?

I'm only 17, and dont want to mess with anything.

Spreadsheets rule BTW, I trakc everything with them!

James"druels at the thought of 1272g carbs"

IIRC, some of the avant guys have recommended it to teens, so I assume it's not. Shadymademe posted a study recently that compared DHEA to 7-oxo and it did decrease test.

I love my spreadsheets...nothing like knowing how much an extra pound of LBM would affect intake (on UD2 or something rigid) at the press of a button

1272 carbs do sound great after 3.5 days at 1200 cals a day!!!
problem is, those carbs need to be mostly fat free, according to the recs, and that limits the choices...bummer!

Fat free carbs...

I guess that rules out oats. I'd go with cheerios biggrin.gif

High GI is preferred right.

Would 7oxo need to be cycled?

I'm gonna do mostly kiddie cereal, then potatos/pasta/rice...etc

Lyle says anything goes, IIRC, as long as fats are kept low.

I think that it should be cycled, i'm not sure tho...I will use the bottle I ordered from 1fast and stop, so that should pretty much be it.

Update time, I have been using it for 3 weeks nearly, and the improvements are still coming. Last week I ate 3500cals over maintenance, including a cheat meal, and this week, my lower abs are becoming more visible.

In the last 10days, my ab skinfold has gone from 20mm to 18.5mm.

Suprailiac is down from 17mm to 14mm

These losses are awesome considering I gained over 1lb in this time frame.

How is it that you can attribute any or all of your fat loss to use of Absolved?

Since Absolved is supposed to target VAT (and not sub-q fat, which you are measuring w/ skinfolds), are you measuring this thru tape measure changes?
liorrh
add those skinfold (which are high) I can lose fat by looking at a weight, caloric deficit or not. clean bulk to me is single digit abdominal skinfold.

and 17 is the age with the least bf% in terms of setpoint.
whats your bf%?
meathead1987
1. Ted, I ment 3500cals over in the whole week, 500 a day.lol

2. Nothing else in my diet/supp regeme has changed. Weight is still going up, but skinfolds down.

3. My BF is 17% from what the calipers say, but they are innaccurite. They give constant results, but they are inaccurite. From pictures, I am about 13%.

4. I am also measuring tape measure changes, but haven't done one in the last few days, ill check later(I just ate)
Arbitro
What were you doing with regard to diet & training, before this period? If you were dieting, you may well have had elevated cortisol & resulting VAT. Increasing cals can lower cortisol & reduce VAT.
meathead1987
TP PT and carb cycling.

I started absolved just before P3 started.
meathead1987
Just measured my waist.

Im down about 0.5".(32"-31.5")

Thats pretty impressive since I've gained over 1-2lbs since I've started.
meathead1987
Another update, weight is up ~2.5lbs since I started the absolved(25days ago). My waist has dropped another 0.25" down to 31.25". Thats a total of 0.75" so far.

Dosage has been pretty constant @ 12 squirts a day on each high carb day.

impressive results bro blink.gif If only the new absolved would be available at 1fast400.... sad.gif

How many days a week are you using the absolved?'

My bulking diet does not have any low carb days or something, because I use Phenogen. In a couple weeks, almost all my days will be moderate/high carb days (300-500 grams of carbs). So I think I'm going to use the absolved every day, but only @ 8 squirts a day.

On top of this I will also use 7-cort, which should not interfere with absolved I think.
meathead1987
I have 4 high carb days a week.

If you are doing things like that, I would say that 8 squirts a day is fine. Also, 7-cort can be used with absolved.

Can you please give feedback on the 7cort use? As im interested in getting some myself.

No problem, I'll come back to that in a couple weeks.
