On July 19th my mail included my order of 3 bottles of San's Loaded.
I am an insulin using diabetic looking for anything which will reduce my dependance on much too much insulin. When looking for a source of d-pinatol I saw that Loaded included it. The only source of d-pinatol (pure) was direct from china for 290 dollars for 1 kilo. I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free deal so as to rate its efficacy. I was already useing several sugar reducing supps, including ALA which was effective but not sufficiently for my purpose. I took 2 days off from the supps and my sugar went up 30 points. I started the Loaded on the 21st of July. BTW I am taking double amounts of 4 capsules at 3 x a day based on a statement here (by Spook I believe) saying some of the amounts were of the ingredients were insufficient for the stated purposes of the product.
By the 26th sugar had dropped 30 points. ( the point it was at before I dropped the other supplements) Today it is down another 30 points causing me to skew the rest of the experiment because I must reduce my insulin intake (YEAH!!!)
My problem is terying to figure out which of the ingredients is working so well or if there is some synergystic effectamong the ingredients.

Look for Sledge's new product, Glucophase XR, coming out soon. Should definately help with what your trying to achieve (lowering plasma glucose concentration). Its K-r-ala, or potassium rala; r-ALA becomes unstable over 90 degrees F, and acts for like an hour in our bloodstream. K-r-ala, though, is buffered with teh potassium, allowing for a more stable r-ala compound that works slower and more consistently in the bloodstream.
This product should be just right for you.

You sure that is what it is called? Glucophage is the name of an actual drug, and it would therefore (for many reasons) be illegal to use.

EDIT Thanks Dsade, its GlucophaSe XR, not Glucophage XL. Regardless though, I've been doing a bit more research; look for it to be pretty pricey. KR-ala is pretty hard to come by I guess.

Glucophage is a prescribed medicine for diabetics (ineffective on me). So d. Sade is correct. Am interested in the real name though. So thanks for the help.

I believe sledge's product is more then just k-rala. If you are just looking for k-rala check out Rizzer's site.

What I am looking for is something to reduce the amount of insulin I am using. Rla will not do that by itself.
I have already ordered the rla (and I understand it has only 1.5 hours of use in the body) as well as PS and some other thinggs. I am already above my supp bufget for the month by about $44.00 due to the impending ban and a kilo purchase of Hoodia.. So any more purchases will have to wait. Avant upped their prices on rebirth and I will have to consider it for later. Had intended on purchasing the fat man 3 month stack from Avant but ouch on the increased prices.

The prices straight from the website have been increased to MSRP. This is because the products have been released to retailers, who usually sell them for less than MSRP.
I believe Mike should have them on the site by mid-week.

K-rala;does it behave like r-ala,just more stable?What percentage is K and r-ala?
I saw the item at rizzer's and asked about it at Elite to see if Ulter would reply and he of course did saying it was crap.

I will try too....but I am having difficulty getting the insulin level stabilised to know where I am at...The doses are still going down...At this rate I will be at average diabetic dosage in 10 days...which is astounding.

I guess I spoke too soon. now the numbers are climbing again. Will report when they stabilise.

My insulin stabilised at 35 mm cubed 3x a day. This is still much better than when I started the experiment. On the other hand I stopped using Loaded 5 days ago and I am at the same level of insulin. Either there was a longer term repair of insulin sensitivity from use of the product or the concurrent weight loss caused the increased insulin sensitivity.
I am going to give credit to San at this point as there was a direct, rapid, and ongoing drop in sugar levels from the time of first usage and only a brief retrogression during usage.. IOW I have already ordered some more.

How much more effective is the K-R-ALA and R-ALA over regular ALA?
Most of the studies with diabetics using ALA with blood sugar lowering properties and insulin sensitivity have been using ALA @ 200 mg/3x a day. Will KR-ALA and R-ALA mean you can ntake a less total amount daily (-600mg/daily) and only 1 time a day?
