For cardio, I have been doing low intensity first thing in the morning, everyday except leg days and maybe one other off day.
My diet is as follows
Calories: 2500-2700(sometimes slighlty higher, but rarely ever more than 3K)
Protein 375g-400g
Carbohydrates150-175g
Fats50-60g
My current supplementation regimen is as follows:
AST Pro 32 Multi (been using for ~7 months)
1500mg Vitamin C ed (spaced out in 3 doses; been following this dosing protocol for ~3 months)
Sci-Fit Kre-Alkalyn (2 3g doses; been on for 12 weeks)
15g fish oil (5 3g doses; on for 12 weeks)
Cold Fusion (2 servings on training days, 1 on off days)
Cold Fusion PM (1 serving each night before bed)
I will make 4 applications in the morning after showering and 4 applications about 3 hours prior to bed.
