Today is day 4 for me on Leptigen Rebirth. I chose to start with this product for a fat loss regimen because out of all products it seemed to be the best "foundation" supplement. Leptin sensitivity and appetite suppression are a powerful combination. Unfortunately, so far I have noticed little or no appetite suppression. I’m using 3-4 servings per day. Is it possible that appetite suppression will occur after I’ve been using it longer? Some have reported that Leptigen products nearly kill their appetite entirely, and this is basically what I was hoping for, as “will power” only lasts me so long in the face of hunger. When going for fat loss, appetite suppression is a necessity for me.

My next addition was going to be the H.E.A.T. stack, then Phenongen and / or SesaThin. Perhaps the right stack would do the trick. I want to kill my appetite without using strong stimulants. (Ephedra or similar are out of the question – I get too much in the way of anxiety related / sleep loss side effects from those.)

I’m also planning to begin using ALCAR, R-ALA, and aniracetam for life extension / cognitive enhancement benefit, adding l-theanine perhaps based on the sleep thread.

Right now I’m planning to continue with Leptigen Rebirth and add H.E.A.T. next. Any advice is appreciated, as my success in fat loss is pretty much dependent entirely on significantly curbing my appetite.

It's right about 30%, so using 4 servings a day. A couple days I only used 3.

It actually has seemed to curb my appetite somewhat the last couple of days: not much, but at least it's noticeable now. Maybe this will continue and my appetite will diminish over time with continued use?

What I'm hoping to get is the same type of appetite supression reported by some people who have said they find their appetite so diminished that they find it a challenge even eating significantly below maintenence calories. Appetite supression of that order would guarantee success, as my willpower over hunger is only good for about 2 months max. I'm willing to add other products to achieve this level of appetite supression. Adding H.E.A.T then SesaThin and finally Phenogen has been my plan from the start, but I wanted to get a feel for Rebirth alone before adding any of the others.

I have one other question: the water requirement of 16oz after drinking a serving. Can this be 16oz of Diet Pepsi or should I stick to water?

I know with the original Leptigen it helped to load it the first week just like creatine because it does take some time to kick in. Although I would think the synephrine in LG Rebirth would help curb your appetite right away.

Doug, when I asked Par about the water "requirement", he said it's just to fill you up before a meal so you eat less - has nothing to do with the activity of Rebirth itself. So I'd imagine Diet Pepsi would be fine. I often skip it altogether if I'm in a hurry and the meal is pre-sized.

The water rec with Rebirth is indeed largely to fill up a population who is taking in too much at meal time.

With the other LeptiGens, the water is more important, because of the osmolytes. It will not work maximally without drinking a bunch of water.

Doug, at your bodyfat, Rebirth is definitely the LG for you. Good to hear it is starting to be noticeable. As far as time-table, there are mechanisms that should work within 30-60 minutes, but there are others that need time to fix things (male humans did not evolve to ever be 30% bodyfat)
