After using a couple products from Avant Labs, I want to give some short feedback. Before cutting I was at 15% fat. After cutting for 3 months I was at 10% fat.

H.E.A.T.

I've been using this on my last cutting cycle, for 3 months (3 bottles total). I think it is a very nice addition when you're on a diet, because of the great apetite supression. It also gives a very nice mental boost. It made my mind very clear and focused after taking 3 caps. For apetite supression, 4 to 5 caps taken at once works extremely well. I've been taking it on my cheatdays but I could hardly eat all those foods I was craving for. I'm not sure whether it speeded up my fatloss, since my diet was very strict and I was doing lots of cardio (3 to 5 times a week) and heavy workouts (4 days a week). Overall, I rate this product 7/10.

SesaThin

It's no surprise how well this product works. Since I'm an endo, losing fat on a diet or minimizing fat-gain while bulking is VERY hard! SesaThin truly helped me on my diet. First I was only using H.E.A.T. After a couple weeks fatloss was slowing down. Then I addes SesaThin and everything speeded up again. I didn't lose to much weight, maybe 1 pound a week, but judging from the mirror the fatloss was occuring all the time. I had no side effect on libido and sex drive, so I must be lucky. Taking SesaThin on cheatdays is essential for me now. Very little bloat the day after and very easy to undo some damage, which was a lot more when not using SesaThin. Overall, I rate this product 10/10.


Ab-solved [new formula]

I've been using this for 1 month (1 bottle) while on a diet. The results were very good indeed. After the first week I noticed that my stomach was becoming flat, which felt very great. My pants became loose. My love handles too became less aparent. Too bad I only had 1 bottle, because I'm sure the results would be even better when using for a longer period. Overall, I rate this product 8/10.

Lipoderm ODB

Great product! I used this when on a diet. I applied it to my lower back, lower abs and butt. Those areas are a pain in the ass for me (literally)! The results were there in less than a week. Before using Lipo ODB I could grab the fat on my lower abs, lower back and butt. After using it for 3 weeks (I used a little more than the normal dose) the fatloss on lower back and lower abs became very visible. The size of my butt also decreased, but I felt I needed to use the product for more than those 3 weeks. On my next cutting cycle, I will be using 2 bottles and will also include capsaicin. Overall, I rate this product 8/10.

Phenogen

Wow! I love Phenogen!! I'm on a bulk right now and have been using Phenogen for 5 weeks. I'm eating around 300 grams of carbs daily, slighty below maintenence calories (2700 cals a day). On my last bulking cycle I was eating around 400 grams of carbs, without the Phenogen. I gained weight yes, but also a decent amount of fat around my belly and butt. This time, the fatgain is minimal, while I'm gaining decent amounts of muscle. There is no slowdown in muscle-gain at all and all my friends and relatives are making comments on how big and muscular I look. I'm very carb sensitive, but I have almost no fatgain around my waist. I tend to gain fat around my waist extremely fast. However, after 5 weeks now I can say that I only have some bloat around my waist. However, it seems that on my arms and especially legs I lost fat! Legs are looking pumped and cut. There are vains on my arms and shoulders and I feel great. I've been using Phenogen at normal dose, while including 1 dose of SesaThin at lunch, so sesamin intake was the same as when only using SesaThin. Overall, I rate this product 10/10.

I didnt understand how can you bulk and eat BELOW maintanance. are you taking AAS? if not thats a helluva bulk going on.

also regarding heat - my main problem on a diet is appetite and carb craving. were you doing a cyclic diet, TKD or high carb with your HEAT?

After my cutting cycle I slowy increased carb intake... first eating around 150 grams a day and then increased it till 300 grams a day. I kept protein and fat intake the same and this resulted in a little les then maitenence calories. However, I calculated my calorie requirment with the formula from Massive Eating from John Berardi. I believe his method results in too high calories, especially for endos like me. So it could be that I'm slightly above maintenence. Also, I'm having a big cheatday on sundays, so that's putting me in a calorie surplus over the course of one week. rolleyes.gif

When on a diet, I only ate around 120-150 grams of carbs on workout days. On restdays ate almost no carbs, only from green veggies. I was sure craving carbs before HEAT and I can imagine that would be worse when on the diet for a longer period. So yeah, HEAT really helped with appetite supression.

why did you mention no loss in sex drive, libido on sesathin? have their been reports on this happening?

I have had an increase actually taking the standard dose 3x per day 1/4 cc
