I have used TMG on and off for about 7-8 years now. Betaine, I used to think was identical to TMG, but I found out later on that this was not the case...
Currently am using TMG @ 2 grams - thrice/day as part of my overall protocol - (especially based on my recent thread where I discuss my extremely high plasma/serum Homocysteine level results)...
No side-effects that I could attribute to the TMG over the years. Have not expected or noticed any LBM or body comp. changes that I could attribute to my extensive TMG use.
When I have used high-dose DMG, and straight Glycine however, I almost always experienced increased cardio-respiratory and muscular endurance within 2-3 hours of ingestion. Also, I unexpectedly noted a consistent libido boost from acute use of all 3 of these supplements...
By my "feed", do you mean my daily diet?
