1-Testosterone 100 mg*
4-Androstenediol 150 mg*
Were not in the “Compounds you want to avoid” section of the Prohormones FAQ sticky)
Thanks for any feedback.

S1+ is probably the single best thing to start with, and for that matter to keep using later. I wrote a thread here on which would be the best legal cycle, period, and the two main ingredients were 1-test and 4-ad. My only complaint with S1+ is the expense of the transdermal carrier. That said, it is an all in one solution. If you like it, and you should, you could mix your own transdermal solution down the road sometime. --- Anyhow, as to using 6-oxo, nolvadex, clomid, and saw palmetto, I think that of those ONLY nolvadex is necessary - and that for PCT, since it will very probably be unnecessary during the cycle. Good news is that you can find that, a LOT cheaper than any online pharmacy: for $30/3000mg of tamoxifen citrate powder (which is the active ingredient of nolvadex). For your planning purposes, keep in mind that 3000mg of TC powder is only equivalent of 2000mg nolvadex (because the -citrate part of the compound weighs about 1/3 of the total). For your PCT, run 60mg week 1, then 30mg for about 3 weeks. Use exactly a third of your powder per PCT, and it only costs you $10! The only thing you might want to add to your cycle you can also buy at the same place: M5AA, which converts to a DHT related substance in your body, giving you the effects of extra focus, strength, aggression, hardening of the muscles, - in short, manliness, hence andro-genic. M5AA is basically a pure androgen. It will also help counter some of the (small amount of) estrogen production you will get from the 4-AD's conversion to testosterone. Best thing is that it costs $3/1000mg. You take about 30mg an hour before working out, and not on off days. If that works well, great, but some people need two or three times that amount. That said, you may not even want to add it to your first cycle, but you asked for any suggestions, so there it is. Anyhow, it is good to see someone who does not want to (foolishly) jump in and start scarfing down 30mg of (*cough* poison *cough*) M1T daily for 3 months. You've got the right idea, and I think I just saved you a lot of money (easily over a hundred dollars). Now make sure your diet and training regimen are in order, and you're set. With some of that wad of cash you just saved, you can get some essentials like fish oil caps, whey protein powder, creatine, and you should try Avantlabs' own Sesathin (read up on it here, and on other boards, it's good stuff). Don't think that the more money you spend the better the product. Read up and look for peoples' opinions on what the best deals are.
Also, so that we can help you help yourself, tell us the following: how big are you, how old are you, how many years have you trained, are there any other supplements (non-PH) you are taking, what do you plan to eat, and how do you plan to train? Also check out some of the well done training logs here.

Thanks a lot for the advise Strateg0s. You definitely just saved me a boat load of cash. I looked into the Tamoxifen citrate powder and found it here:
http://customnutritionwarehouse.com/shop/p...?products_id=60Any idea where to find a fairly inexpensive scale that measures in MG?
As far as the other info goes..
I’m 22, 5’9 165lbs. I’ve been lifting heavy and on a regular basis for about 7 months. I started off at 145lbs. I weight train for about 1.5-2 hours a day on average. Monday, Wed, Fri is chest, back and legs. Tue, Thur, Sat is arms and shoulders. along with swimming whenever I can hit the gym with my friend and running Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I’ve been taking a product called Pre-Post for protein. And I’ve been cycling creatine 3 weeks on 1 week off. I always eat healthy, no junk, no fast food (I should be counting my calories but I haven’t).

Sounds like you are on track. It is of great importance that you are dedicated, but I suspect that you could lift heavier and make more gains if you didn't lift six days a week. At 2 hours per workout, I also suspect you are doing an enormous volume of sets, which is probably counterproductive, even if it builds character.
Scale: go to ebay, search for something like: digital 0.01g
I got a 50g digital scale with a calibration weight, accurate to 10mg, for about $35 delivered. I haven't seen anything approaching that value at a retailer.
If you don't plan on doing much measuring, that is, if you just want to measure out your nolva, then just do it by volume. Dump all 3000mg into 105ml of solvent, Everclear (~90% ethanol alcohol!), PEG400 (polyethylene gylcol), or something like that. You can than dose it out by using an oral syringe, which comes with your 3000mg purchase, or is available in the child-medicine section of any pharmacy. You then have a ~30mg/ml suspension, which is equal to ~20mg/ml of nolvadex. So do 2ml/day for the first week of PCT, then 1ml for 3 weeks. Total used = 35ml. Which gives you exactly 3 PCT's for $30.
Then you're all set.

Just for the record, neither clomid or tamoxifen are going to do anything in the event of genuine testicular atrophy. The only preventative measure you can use here is to use HCG (human chorionic gonadrotropin), which mimicks LH while you're on. However, for a four-week cycle, it's neither cost-effective nor necessary. I would only worry about testicular atrophy if doing longer (6-8 week) cycles in the face of heavy shut-down.

I'm impressed you have chosed S1+ to start with--this is IMO superior to most 'legal' 17aas.
