Didn't get an answer on the BulkNutrition Forum, so thought I'd try here...


I just got my 1AD, and 4AD Bulk Powder (from 1Fast) and wanted to know the best way to cap them. I wanted to use the Cap Em Quick, but didn't know what size would give me the mgs I wanted.

I'd like to combine the 1AD & 4AD into one capsule having:
100mg 1AD
200mg 4AD

I would then take 3 doses (this is my first prohormone cycle)

I also plan on capping my other bulk powders as well (caffeine, 6oxo, green tea, etc)

(new question):

I've never used cap em quick, so I was wondering how do you get an even amount in each capsule?

And lastly...what's a good, cheap, scale to measure out powder (one with mg as well as grams)?
