Okay this is the second day im on my cycle and my nipples are looking kinda swollen. No real pain or itching though. I took 40mg of Tamoxifen citrate powder as soon as i noticed.
Im taking S1+ doing the minimum 4 sprays. Should i stop the cycle all together? Or should i take the Tamoxifen citrate powder till the symptoms subside and than start the cycle up again?

It could just be water retention from the estrogen.

That is most likely the case. Also if you are rubbing the product on your chest, the nips might get a little red just from the irritation of the product. You are only two days in so I doubt it could be gyno so soon and if you are taking nolva also, you should have no problem. IF you start to get itchy nipples, even with the nolva, that is when yo ushould discontinue use.

Theyre not like enormously swollen or anyting. Ill keep taking the nolva and see how it goes for a few more days .

As Shade said, you are only two days in... my guess whould be tha application site. You do want a little estrogen from tha 4-AD.
