Hi guys,


Take a look, im trying to gain after maintence cals of 2300 a day. currently trying to do a lean gain all natty with the below attached. I am 29 5'11 183 and about 6% bf. what recomendations would you make on the attached diet.

Wanna lose weight? Eat less.

Fuck. It's not magic. Set protein at 1g/lb, get your EFAs, after that it all means very, very little. Just fucking eat.

After experimenting with every possible macro ratio, I've come to the same conclusion.

I take in 28 grams of olive oil once in the am and again pre bed shake
