I am medium build. I stopped working out about 8 months ago and my body has been going down hill quickly. I have gained 15 - 20 lbs, I assume is fat, since when I was doing my work out thing. The only supplements I have ever been on is Leptigen(I think the first version that Avant put on market), Flax seed oil & creatine. So I need to get back into caring about my body once again.
I am curious what some of you supplement knowledgeable people would recommend for someone who is quite out of shape. I haven't been following the market much. I have noticed pro hormones will being getting banned in a few months and I was thinking of giving it a try.
I am 5'10"
195lbs
Not sure on body fat. I would figure 20%+
Thanks for your reply in advance.

Fish oil
SesaThin and/or Phenogen
Might also try:
LeptiGen Rebirth
HEAT (or another thermogenic type product)

Thanks for the quick reply. I am not familiar with these products but will do some forum and google searches to learn.
Isn't fish and flax seed oils relatively alike?
Do you recommend a multi-vitamin? I have heard good stuff about www.1fast400.com so I was looking around there. Here is a link to their multi-vitamins

Well I am going to try SesaThin and LeptiGen Rebirth. I hope they stack well togather.
I need to read up some on the difference between flax and fish oils, since I thought they were alike.
I think I will just go for a twin lab multi-vit from the store close by.
At what point do you all recommend using PH's? I was thinking of a month or two of heavy cardio with the SesaThin and LeptiGen Rebirth and then starting 1,4 AD. I would take oxo-6 when not using the AD.
Thanks for your help

If you haven't lifted in 8 months, I wouldn't be thinking of prohormones at all. Consistent training (cardio and weighttraining, or just weighttraining) and a few low-risk supplements, will give results for a good 1-2 years, if you remain consistent. Then major tweaks in diet and supplementation when you've hit your all time worse plateau.
Even then, I still don't recommend anabolics to anyone with less than 3-4 years of consistent training. If you can't master consistency, then you'll pretty much just be wasting money on hormones. Because your going to have to be consistent as hell to maintain what you gain, once you gain it.

alpha-linolenic acid, the fatty acid of importance in flax oil is converted in the body to EPA and DHA, the fatty acids of importance in fish oil -- but, only about 10-15% is converted to these.

Thanks for the reply lost metal. I thought I was over my head when thinking about PHs. Unfortunitely they will be banned before I ever get a chance to use any. ;(
OK, according to what your saying Par Deus flax seed oil is very inefficient compared to fish oil. So I will look for some fish oil tomorrow when I go grocery shopping. I read somewhere you have to be careful on the amount of fish oil you take. Something about too much is bad. I was figuring taking a table spoon per day of fish oil. Is that what you recommend Par Deus?
I have been working out ever other day for a week now and will move up to a dayly workout once the SesaThin and LeptiGen Rebirth arrive.

Also what about using Lipoderm ULTRA instead of the SesaThin. Do you think topical is better the oral concerning these two products?

I'd be interested to see what dose of fish oil Par recommends. In a previous thread he wrote:
"As far as actual fish oils, I would go with 1-2g per day for ectos, 3-4g for mesos, 5-10 for endos, and 10+ for for the obese" [he is talking grams of combined EPA/DHA]

Well I don't know if I am a ectos, mesos or endos but Im not obese. I have a little belly and some love handles. I figure combined I am 30lbs overweight. I hide it well with my large body build. But I want to have a good looking chest so getting down from 195 to 170lbs would be my current goal.
