I was discussing this on BB.com with someone and searched but couldn't find any scientific info about it.

Are there any scientific studies showing that ephedra can cause more harm to individuals under the age of 18?

I know a lot of the problems have to do with the fact that 95% of the teens that use it have no idea what they're doing.

I have always advised people under 18 to steer clear of thermo's containing ephedra but I may have to change my mind about this.

That's what I was thinking.

I was always told by everyone that you should be over 18. It doesn't seem to make sense to me though now.

As well it shouldn't.

So I take it that the warnings on the bottles are for liability issues?
Loki
Bingo.

My brother (he's 17) is using it all the time and never had any problems with it - except shortened sleep and enhanced fat loss cool.gif .
It really depends on the person...some get along with it and others don't.....

I have used EC(amonst other things) for cutting:

1. Nice energy boost, great for pre workout
2. no jitters
3. so withdrawal after coming off
4. Less sleep if taken after ~4PM

It also makes an excellent pre workout stim when bulking.

I am 17.
