Ive been taking 1.8 gs of fenugrek and 1 dose of sesathin and 10 mg of synepherine a couple of times a day for awhile now and the effects are far more pronounced than I would have thought. If taken without food I feel decidedly hypo after about 10 minutes. I just figured Id let people know that perhaps this combo could be used for glucose disposal. As a caution...do not take this preworkout, it made me feel kinda like dying last time I did.

Is fenugreek something we need to look into? Iv'e been hearing tons of good stuff about it, and the only thing that bothers me is the possibility of estrogen/lactation/gyno.

4-hydroxyisoleucine is found in fenugreek, do a search.

It's good for use in PCT.

In fact, I'm currently dosing Nolva, DHEA, ActivaTe, and Fenugreek and my libido and balls have returned with a vengence.

It seems to me that 4-OH-Ile supplementation is ideal for a hypocaloric low-CHO diet and moreso for lean bulk.

Would 4-OH-Ile have comparable anabolic (anti-catabolic) effect to shooting Insulin, given sufficient CHO and 4-OH-Ile are ingested?
