I am one week into my first bottle of HEAT and as it stands is one of my all time favorite supplements. The only thing that could retract is if the effects become transient. That is yet to be seen since I have only been on it one week.

I am on Paxil due to panic disorder, so I had held off on trying HEAT because of this. In the past I have tried Tight, Chizled and Hot Rox but each had its drawback. Tight made me sweat profusely and did little for appetite suppression. Chizled did good for appetite suppression but exacerbated my anxiety. Hot Rox did nothing to my anxiety or my appetite.

I am always apprehensive when it comes to stimulants because I never know how it will effect my anxiety. I nutted up and ordered a bottle of HEAT b/c my appetite was really hindering my ability to cut. I tried Leptigen (posted a review) and at the end of the second canister the thought of another drink made me nauseous. It was a band aid to my appetite when I really needed stitches (I understand some of the benefits of Leptigen are not 'felt').

Enter HEAT. I stack it with both EGCG (200 mg) and take Sesathin twice daily (have been on Sesathin over a month now). I worked my way up to full dosing at 3 pills three times per day and it has severely diminished my appetite and just as importantly did absolutely nothing to increase anxiety.

My body is absolutely content with whatever I feed it and my cravings have been zapped. It feels as if my body is not fighting to get unnecessary nutrients. I am simply content with whatever I put in my piehole.

To sum up: scale of 1-10

Energy: 2 - but this is fine. I can take an hour before bedtime and I have no trouble sleeping at all. This may be unusual as Paxil makes me very tired and HEAT does not counteract that much.

Libido - 4 - this is hard to quantify because I go in cycles and it could be a normal upswing.

Mood - 4 - Again I am not a good subject for this due to me taking 30 mg of Paxil already.

Appetite Suppression - 8 - if 10 is the all out inability to eat, then this is 8. But I think it has the perfect amount of suppression. I want to eat but just not a lot nor be templed to eat the wrong things. HEAT does both of these very well.

I have taken before pics and will post both before and after pics when this bottle is empty.

Conclusion: This product makes dieting too damned easy. I will update in a month to see of effects have diminished or not.

It makes sense that HEAT would be anxiolytic (either would improve or have no effect on anxiety disorders), probably largely in part thanks to the dopaminergic augmentation(s). Thanks for the feedback.

i think youll be pleasantily suprised at its lipolytic effect over te course of 3-4 weeks.

Will do. I will say that in the past 3 days the motivational effects have kicked in. I am not content sitting and watching tv. I either want to be doing some type of training or reading about it.
Libido is also improved, but not to the point of recommending it for that purpose.

I took my morning dose with a SF red bull this morning and it was a very nice kick in the ass. It made HEAT's appetite suppression even more pronounced.

Well it is official. One month and one bottle later, this is now tied for my favorite all time supplement with ONE. I have been taking supplements and have spent easily over 10 grand over the past 12 years, and this is at the top of the list. Supplements to me are more of a hobby than anything. I am fascinated with them and workout since I take them, not the other way around as it should be ph34r.gif

With that being said, I usually do not expect all that much when I buy things. I have spent a large volume of money on worthless shit, but I still chalk it up to experience and keep on spending. This is one of the few supplements worth the money.

The effects are very subtle yet powerful at the same time if that makes any sense. The appetite suppression is great, yet you are not nauseated or have the lump in your throat like total fullness. I am able to eat and get hungry, yet I am satisfied with smaller portions and eat probably 2 meals fewer during the course of the day. I always wake up in the middle of the night due to hunger, yet this did not happen once over the past month while taking HEAT.

I think this supplement does not get the credit it deserves b/c people want to 'feel' something, like stimulation on a EC stack. I remember PA saying he added menthol to Skulpt so people can feel something, even though it did nothing to improve efficacy. HEAT very quietly blunts the appetite and improves the mood and motivation. It does not roar up and slap you in the face with it's effects, but it absolutely gets the job done for me.

I am now going to post some pics but want to lay out what I have done over the past few months. I averaged roughly 4 muay thai classes per week, 1 resistance training session per week, and 2 forty minute session on the eliptical per week. As you can probably tell from my training I am focused less on hypertrophy and more on endurance.
My diet has been very clean, still going heavy on peanut butter, muscle milk oatmeal, lite bread, in-stone pudding, almonds, chicken breast, tuna along with fruits and vegetables.
I do not know how to pose or which lightting is best, so the pictures do not show justice to the results. My wife says the results look much better in person, but she is married to me and has to say that. In all seriousness she is very honest when it comes to critquing progress.
My 34 size pants are now baggy and I lost 3/4 inch around the navel, by far the hardest section for me to lose weight around.
I am going on my second bottle and look forward to continued results. By the way, should I take any time off from HEAT since I finished one bottle?

I would take at least two weeks off every eight weeks or so with HEAT.

Yeah, that's the goodness. smile.gif

I've taken up to 10 caps at a time, first thing in the morning (empty stomach) and feel nada. No mood change or anything. Guess i should try stacking some GXR with it since i have some at my disposal.

Do you actually use it consistently to the point where you can give feedback beyond how you "feel"?

I've never tried 10, but I know I can take a fair bit of HEAT and not subjectively "feel" much of anything from it, but it definitely gets the job done on a cut on par with E/C.
FunkMasterFlex
HEAT doesnt really make you feel, IMO...ive been using it n and off long enough to know that over a weeks time it has more benefit on the "feel" On intial dosing it only acts in combo with caffeine and Eph-HCL and even with syneprhine. Maybe it builds up or the effect on NE becomes more apparent and dopamine rises etc.....
gammahydroxy
I took 6 HEAT caps today all at once, and i felt pretty damn good. They were the last 6 I had left. sad.gif
