Was on call last Saturday night, got about 2 hours of sleep (not contiguous) and decided to give AMP a shot in the AM. I had taken it once before, two caps, and the stimulatory effect was noticeable but not all that significant. However, after taking 3 caps Sunday AM I felt the chocamine kick in 20 minutes or so later, went to the gym and about an hour after ingestion I began to feel some serious CNS stimulation...too much, in fact, I was jittery and couldn't focus very well for about 15 minutes but when it started to wear off a little I ended up having a great workout. Far exceeded my usual post-call ECA workouts. The next day, again on limited sleep, I tried 2 caps and again it was too much. I'm pretty much just saving it for 2-3x week when I'm on limited sleep, will try just one cap next time. But bottom line, the stuff works, and as others have described, it seems exponentially more potent on limited rest.

I've found that if taken in the evening it allows me to run with less sleep (than my average 4 hrs) the following day without the usual degree of lethargy but the effects themselves are far stronger after a night of full rest.

Interesting, I'll try it when I'm actually on call next time and see if I can get by w/ little or no sleep and function the next day. How do you dose it?
