Alright, Im gonna be quick to the point, list any changes, and if anyone has a question i will be glad to elaborate. I have started taking it this week as of monday, but have bein recovering from being sick, so i dint start the log due to, well, being half ass with it.
My weekdays are simple, cause their pretty much always on schedule.

Tuesday-chest
wednesday-legs
thursday-shoulders
friday-arms
Diet goes very rountine for the most part except dinner which hopefully will be cutting calories by next monday.
Breakfest in the morning is organic fiber bar w/protein shake w/water. Before working out at lunch, I have bcaa/no2 type drink , then after workout I take a shake w/protein with lacotose free milk skim and either super carb or 1/2 banana for lunch and post workout meal. Usually snack on beef jerkey or munch on a protein bar if hungry at work till 5, then I usually just eat a not so clean dinner. I will be taking AP at breakfest, after workout , not before due to very few carbs, and of coarse dinner.
Today, Thursday (shoulders,cardio_)
I started with cardio, cause i wasnt sure if i was gonna hit the weights and after yesterday's leg day, their were already started to get sore. My legs always get the worst of it two days after leg training, so If I due some mild cardio like 3.5 on a 12 incline for 25 min. they usually arent as sore the next day. After that I went into shoulders.
Shoulder press machine
125x15,140x15, 150x15, 160x12,175x10
I almost always do these with barbells, thats 90% of my training, always starts with high reps, low weights for warmup then i pyramid into lower reps , higher weights.
rear lateral machine (reverse pec deck machine)
60x12, 60x12, 75x10
side laterals (dumbells)
20x15 3 sets.
This is a sample of one of my workouts. kind of a screwey one, but you get the picture. I wont be listed any other log of workouts, but trying to give a good picture. If thier is a increase or decrease in weights due to what could be AP i will take note.
I havent noticed any side effects of AP as of yet, Its bein a couple of days and dont get lightheaded or any of the hypo feelings as of yet before the 15 min. are up.
