But you should be seeing better pumps and endurance, at least, in the first few weeks. You don't even get that?
well I rarely use above 5 reps actually, and my rest-periods are typically 5 minutes. So I'm not going to pumped either way. I certainly didn't gain weight during the time, and I didn't notice anything like feeling more enduring and having a higher work capacity.
If I try the CEE for a while again, how long should I wait? What should I actually look out for? If I just don't respond to it, I'd rather sell it on and recover some of my money, rather than waste it on me.
