I just recieved a bottle of SolaRay Forskohlii

On the bottle it says
Forskohlii 385mg
(Guarenteed 1% 3.85mg Forskohlii)

I also heard you need atleast 60mg of Forskohlii for it to make a difference ?

Should I up my dosage form 2 to 4 caps a day ??

Well if you need 60 mg. of the standardized extract, you're gonna' have to take a lot more than 4 caps.
