All things considered, I feel pretty good. Its nice to be home and back in my gym. They replaced the little monitors that were on some of the cardio equipment with some nice new flatscreens. I watched House while on the stepmill.

I applied Lipoderm-rk after my morning shower and after my post-workout shower.I am beginning to really enjoy the tingle of the Lipderm. I almost miss it when it subsides. I will have another weigh in and measurements on Saturday.
