I know taking fish oil with lecithin improves absorbtion of the fish oil, I was wondering if you use lecithin as a fat source with your sesamin does the sesamin prevent any of the benefits of the phosopholipids in lecithin from being gained?
D Sade
I would not think so.

Seems the greatest benefit would be Sesathin + Fish Oil + Lecithin.... Or does sesathin already include lecithin.
rippedforce63
I believe it does but only as an emulsifier.

Actually, I was wondering, what's the exact difference between SesaLean™ and SesaThin™?

Did you check the ingredient lists?

The old Sesathin used lecithin. It was a yellowish, jizzy liquid. They don't anymore though.

SesaLean is a healthy fat product. You can use it in salad dressing, cooking, etc. It contains lecithin, sesamin, MCT oils and dag oil.

SesaThin is a sesamin product.

Is the sesamin in SesaLean™ the same as in SesaThin™? huh.gif Is the amount per serving of sesamin the same? unsure.gif To me, SesaLean™, looks like SesaThin™, but with added bonuses (lecithin, MCTs, dag oil). tongue.gif

Sesalean sure is easy to dose and use. Pretty hard to forget your dressing, or cooking oil biggrin.gif
But the stand alone product has many uses of it's own.

No, Sesalean has less.

Not really. Again, Sesalean is supposed to be a healthy oil replacement. Sesathin is solely a fat loss supp.

I made my own cheap bastard version which is proberbly not as good, but it seems to give me chills when i dose with it.

Coconut oil + lecithin + sesamin

Is the sesamin in SesaLean™ and SesaThin™ the same anyway? How much times more sesamin per serving of SesaThin™ is there compared to SesaLean™?

I don't remember, I just know it's a smaller amount.
