I have always been a fan of VPX Redline RTD's but noticed since they switch from the metal cans to the plastic cans after having legal action pursued against them by RedBull the "kick" was seriously lacking. (<---strong run on) Anyway, I also could have done without the Yohimbine as well and still could.

Fortunately, at the Arnold Expo this year I was able to taste some of their new flavors, Apple and Grape, as well as the Xtreme RTD. It still comes in an 8oz bottle but each serving is listed as only 4oz. Here are the ingredients in the prop blend:

Beta-Alanine
Vitamin C
Caffeine Anhydrous
Evoburn (pure evodiamine)
N-Acetyl Tyrosine
Hordinine
5-Hydroxy-L-Tryptophan
Potassium (as Potassium Citrate)
N-methyl Tyramine
Sulbutiamine
Vinpocetine
Yohimbine HCL
St. John's Wort Extract

So I tried this out and must say it was pretty damn good and made the old Redline seem like a fart in the wind at the single dose serving (approximated). The taste was on par with the old RTD as well. Sooooo, any thoughts on the ingredient panel?

Any listing of total caffeine? Did you get a tingling/itching sensation from the beta-alanine? I like the inclusion of sulbutiamine. Thoughts on the St. John's Wort extract - hyperforin vs. hypericin?

Overall, I think it looks good. I'm looking forward to giving it a shot.

Any idea whats in the 'Xtreme' version?

Also, just out of curiosity, what was Red Bull's case against them?

Man, I'm just not comfortable taking anything with Yohimbine in it without knowing specifically how much I'm getting.
