I've been using some powders, and I've ordered some more,(one, Glucuronolactone, I can't even remember why I decided to order it, I have it, but never used it unsure.gif ). I'm getting back to working out after almost a month fighting an upper respiratory infection. Here's what I used to take:

First thing in the morning: Phos. Serine(600mg)

Pre/Post workout: 1 scoop of Vitargo, 1/4tsp each of the following, BCAA's, Glutamine, Leucine, and Arg. Eth. Ester. (I realized today, that I was greatly under dosing these by at
least 50-75%). I would drink half of this before my workout, and the other half after.

Post workout: 30min after the above, I would have 40 grms of whey.

I've now ordered in bulk: AL-Carnitine, Taurine, and Nac.

I read that taking 1-2 grms. of ALCAR before workouts will aide in fat burning, should I add that to my Pre/Post workout mix. I was taking Alcar and NAC capsules before breakfast. When, and with what could I throw the Glucuronolactone in with.

Lastly, after typing all of this, I'm wondering if there isn't an all-in-one product that would cover all of this blink.gif

SyntheSIZE has a few of the things you've mentioned (NAC, leucine, cell volumizers) plus a few other things. You may consider using that as a base to add other things to.

If you're going to use BCAA's you should dramatically increase your dosage, or at least use more leucine.

ALCAR would be best used pre-workout. You could use the glucuronolactone with it.

Thanks Kimbo, I also noticed Xtend. As far as the dosing- I realized that I mis-read the directions. I was taking 1/4 tsp, when I should have been taking 1-2tsps.

I've been diggin' the Glucoronolactone in my homebrew neuro/energy drinks. Seems to be a pretty nice, stackable, light stimulant. I wanna know more about it, just haven't had much time to look around.

Even when you do get to looking around, there doesn't really seem to be much info on it.

I typically take all sorts of concoctions of stims pre-workout, and one day found an energy drink that was much more effective than anything I had ever made. The only ingredient in the energy drink I hadn't played around with I remember was Glucoronolactone. Now I'm interested to get a little try and see if I can recreate that feeling.

Go for it, it's dirt cheap. Like someone else said, it's pretty mild, but it seems to stack pretty well. Just be sure and keep the dose reasonable, I remember I tried dosing upwards of 8 grams and I seemed to get winded real easily when doing cardio.

I joined a health club this winter because it was too cold in my barn to workout. Starting today, I worked out in my barn(great feeling). I took the BCAA's, Leucine, Arg.EE,(much larger dose than before) with the Vitargo before and after my workout, followed 20 min. later with a whey shake. I have no cardio equipment in my home gym, so I'll go up to the health club in the evenings, and while my son and wife are working out, I'll do my cardio.

Question#1. Should I take my 2 grms. of Alcar before my cardio sessions, or should I throw it in the mix with the BCAA's etc. before my wt. workouts. I read where it is great
for fat loss, so I thought before the cardio, any suggestions?

Question#2. When and how much Taurine-add it to one of the concoctions, or take it before bed, or first thing in the morning with my NAC, and other anti-ox's?

Question#3. Glucoronolactone-same question as #2.
