least 50-75%). I would drink half of this before my workout, and the other half after.
Post workout: 30min after the above, I would have 40 grms of whey.
I've now ordered in bulk: AL-Carnitine, Taurine, and Nac.
I read that taking 1-2 grms. of ALCAR before workouts will aide in fat burning, should I add that to my Pre/Post workout mix. I was taking Alcar and NAC capsules before breakfast. When, and with what could I throw the Glucuronolactone in with.
Lastly, after typing all of this, I'm wondering if there isn't an all-in-one product that would cover all of this
