I have always done very well on low fat diets and never suffered low Test (not that I can tell), loss of libido etc even when eating 30 grams of fat a day (i do suffer symptoms when my bf% gets <8% but it doesn't seem to matter how I get to <8%)... In addition, I really like Sesathin. At the moment, I do not have a whole lot of Sesathin left but I have a bunch of Sesalean (as Par will recall smile.gif

What would happen if I only took Sesalean while on a cut for 3 weeks? I wouldn't eat any other high fat foods but there would naturally be some fat in things like oatmeal. Would that be OK? If not -or if I wanted to do this for longer than 3 weeks- what other foods/fats would you add to this diet?

Thanks
Stay Puft
I'd caution using SesaLean as your sole fat choice, since balanced fat intake is crucial. Saturated fat from meat should suffice, given your goals.

Do you mean saturated fat from meat would suffice to balance a diet that has only Sesalean for fats? If so how much would you reccomend?

Eat a steak a day, that'll do it...
Or about ten grams of saturated fat, and 20 grams total.
Then the sesalean.

If one sticks to these guidelines, how long do you think this can be carried on?
Also, in stead of steak, I am thinking of simply eating two eggs. Any input on that would be appreciated

Thanks
