I have chosen to work with Matt because from what I know of him, he is a good bloke in all aspects, in business, and in person. His ideas were what fascinated me the most and I have utmost faith in their potential.

nelix, carbs are not the enemy. I actually noticed places like GNC selling all their low carb foodstuffs recently cos noone was buyin them cos they taste pretty poor. Check them out if they are in melb.

Carbs are not the enemy, not all carbs are great and I like to keep them around workout and I can't workout all day, so when it's 2am and I wanna eat cake, I am stuck with a problem, I have been reading desserts.pdf from mindandmuscle (it was a free give away) and thats been helping a lot, but some suger free chocolate and other things might be nice.

I had downloaded that desserts pdf but never opened it. Those desserts look good. I might have to give them a go. Now I'm hungry

If you want sugar free choc, I noticed my chemist selling darrel lea sugar free choc bars this week, so they are available at darrel lea.
