How about homebrewing some with some quality cocoa powder and splenda?
I normally do that, sort of. I'll get vanilla protein powder and add cocoa powder to it to taste, along with additional Splenda if it needs it. Just wondering if there are any good chocolatey mixes already available.

pro complex is best one i've ever had.. but its mainly an isolate and doesn't have casein. 100% whey chocolate isn't to bad. matrix 5.0 isn't that good. muscle milk is pretty good.

Mostly looking for a casein/whey mix that's straight up protein and not a meal replacement.
I hear Ultra Peptide is good, but it's a bit pricey. Sustain is good, but again, a little pricey.

How about Low-Carb Grow (Metabolic Drive or whatever Biotest calls it tommorow)? I've always loved the taste of that in both chocolate and vanilla.
Evopro Choc.=NASTY. I had to choke down the whole tub....bleh.

TP's new Dutch chocolate flavor was pretty good....very sweet though. I'm not sure how the cost would compare with pre-made products if you made your own mix through them, though. I used to add Hersey's dark cocoa to shakes, but unfortunately I can't find it anymore. That made shakes very good if you like the taste of dark chocolate.

ATW's flavoring leaves much to be desired though....as does their customer service.
