can you guys give me your views on almonds, pecans and other various nuts in regards to a bulking cycle. i understand they contain sound amounts of efas and i am currently using them in my bulking cycle, any opinions? peanuts i avoid due to they're not true nuts, but i am also fond of macs. no not big macs. i mainly use the nuts as snacks and in my morning oats.

Go nuts!
I hereby give myself the award for lamest joke ever
Seriously, many nuts (and of course natural nut butters--almond, peanut, cashew) are an excellent source of EFAs, and a sound addition to a bulking diet.

Nuts are good for EFAs but tend to be very low o-3, so they shouldn't be your only source
