I would really like avant to include the antioxidants in it, that's why their seasthin was the most effective sesamin to date.
NP has no "ingredients" there so I don't know what to make of it.

Ok...i'm an idiot...but how many MG of sesamin is in each serving...cause the bottle says "1 Pump=5ml" but i'm not sure on how its dosed.

The typical 1.25mL serving yields 500mg total Sesamin/episesamin.

Thus, a single 5mL pump produces 2.0g of actives.

what i did was take out my 1/4 tsp, push the pump down until it was full, held that position and then marked it with a sharpie to indicate 1.25 mL

Probably not such a good idea... just stick with 1-4g actives/day.

I triple dosed it for a week or two back in the day and all it resulted in was extreme lethargy. I concur that a more moderate dosing schedule should be adhered to, even though it is now economical to take more.

I believe Avant went for the more potent product by making SesaThin pure oil, rather than the emulsified oil/lecithin blend. Either way, this is what we went with....PURE Sesathin in bulk.

The new pump dispenser can be aimed directly to the back of the throat as well. Feel free to microwave if for a few seconds to give that "fresh from the body" temperature.

im sure im not the only one that is beyond excited about the pump vs the oral syringe,im using that now and its a HUGE pain...to say the least.i was wondering when someone was gonna do something like this,way to step up to the plate.

FYI....the pumps that were delivered seem to be 2ml pumps, which is pretty damn spot on for a great dosage, IMO.

1 pump 2-3 times per day....the pumps are not absolutely perfect, so there is always some air in the pump, which brings dosage right in line with JUST enough over to count as a high dose.
