...vs say 10mg of winstrol? 10mg is the upper limit of use of winstrol for a female, IMO, and I have a female friend interested in trying 10mg of Havoc per day....wish it wa a tablet and you could split it...anyway....any guesses?

You can always dump out the powder and divide it up. Not as easy as splitting a tablet, but certainly not too difficult.
