Just wondering what you guys think of using AP to help negate the damage on "cheat" days or just nights of pointless drinking/eating. I popped a cap Fri. night after the bar, and also during some crazy middle of the night unplanned eating. I think its helping to keep the fat gain at bay. (I also used a few squirts of Sesathin)
I'm wondering if this product may have merit for use similar to a fibrate, though obviously without the same physiologic effects.
Based on the write-up, it says it can increase GLUT4 activation for 6-8 hours at a time. Well what if I eat a big carb meal, then have another one 2 hours later (ala Post-Workout). Should I take 1 cap at each meal, or will the 1st cap suffice for both meals? I'm just curious as to your dosing recos. because I can't tell if this stuff acts like ALA, or if it is a different beast entirely.
