Anyway...for those of you that have NOT tried Kwik Karb yet, I would rate it as one of THE most useful products I have tried in the last year, easy. Mix with Xtend and added Bulk BCAAs and sip on it during workout, and you will be mucho impressed.

Mind telling me how it compares to dextrose as far packing on lard is concerned though?

I use it Post Workout and haven't gained any weight. I need to try it Pre-WO as well, but I like Superpump 250 really well.

Just started using this stuff a week or so ago, PWO....creates mind-blowing pumps...way better than any NO supp I've ever used.
