A few weeks back Par posted that Phenogen,the last of it that Avant has left,will be released through the Avant store,any chance of nailking down a tentative date for this one?

As a refresher,this is straight from Par and not speculation/jive talk.

PD said that it will be offered in larger quantities only (minimum of 3 bottles) and it is all uncapped but priced on the cheap.It's also the original version of Phenogen with Sesathin included.

2 thumbs up for D Sade coming through on the bulk salvia but ATM I'd rather opt for the Value Meal and get the original triple whammy combo.

Hard to say for sure because we've got several big things coming up. Once we get these things out, we'll probably have a better idea of when we'll do it, but first, we've got to get these new things out that people have been waiting longer for (SyntheSIZE, etc.).

BTW, SyntheSIZE final is a couple of weeks out.

This shit has been bugging me lately and overall its pretty indicitive of where both this board and Avant is headed.

The ridiculous delays and not that I give a fuck about SyntheSIZE at this point but for ex,the final still isn;t out and then we've got to hear about all of these big projects on the horizon.

WRT the Phenogen:
What kind of effort can it possibly take to type up a description and list it in the Avant store or pawn it off to Nutraplanet?

There must be a sizable amount of uncapped Phenogen left over,otherwise why would Par post that it would be up for sale:

I know how frustrating it is from a consumer standpoint because I'm a consumer, too.

But consider the other side of things.

1) It takes a lot of capital to come out with a new product. And we're not doing just A product, we're doing many, as well as something else entirely. It's very, very expensive.

2) Products don't plan, market, and manage themselves. You have to source materials, some of which are extremely difficult to get a hold of, line up manufacturers, etc. Aminogen, for example, has to be licensed from Triarco, which is a huge pain in the ass in itself because of the hoops you have to jump through to satisfy them. And yep, that is what held up production of SyntheSIZE final, which is finally back on track, thank God.

3) Manufacturers are notiously unreliable sometimes in this industry. A quote of a three week lead time can easily double in reality.

And I could list more.

This is not to make you feel sorry for us or even to provide excuses for what has gone on in the past, it's just to provide some context for you to understand why delays happen and why they're so hard to avoid.

We could easily throw together a crap product without much thought behind it and launch it just to avoid delays, but where would that get us?

I fully realize all of this,it's somewhat plain to see that complications are to be had,just like any other business.

However,this issue of new products has no relevance at all with the topic at hand,which is Phenogen.

This is in UNCAPPED in BULK form so there really is no valid reason for such a delay.There is no preperation to be done for the sale of this product,other than formulating the descriptive text and uploading it onto the Avant store,along with a clickable link to buy the shit.One would think Avant would be keen on getting rid of some dead stock and freeing up some capital,hence my choosing of of the abbeviated phrase "WTF" in the previous post.

Back on Jan 22nd Par posted the following to a query of mine re: Phenogen's availability:



We'll release a bulk, beta version of the original Phenogen formula (with SesaThin) in the next month or so. It will be like 3 bottles worth for the price of 1, but you'll have to cap it yourself. It will be a fairly limited release.

I understand that Par has distanced himself from M&M through the split and expressed an intense dislike for the pathological body building world,which I comprehend all too well.I thought this was a pretty cool move on his part as he indicated he wanted to make Avant more aligned to the Avant forums of several years ago.That appaerntly didnl;t come to fruition and may not ever but such is life and fuck,I wish Par the best in doing whatever the fuck he decides on doing in the future.

At the same time,it is clear to see that with the split and so on,Justin has dropped the ball big time and I see this board degenerating into a bodybuilding.com clone in the near future,let alone the hella questionable position the money/busines side of Avant is headed.

Well let me say couple of quick things here-

Actually, my response has a lot to do with bulk Phenogen. Just like all businesses, we have a limited amount of resources to work with. We have to make decisions about where those resources will go and as a result, we face tradeoffs. For example, we could move bulk Phenogen up, but SuperCarb may have to be moved back. Or something along those lines.

The point is, yes, we could move bulk Phenogen way up, but the resources we need to do that have to be taken from somewhere else, such as the new products (SyntheSIZE, etc.).

I think one of our biggest problems here at Avant is that we tend to talk about things before they're realistically ready to go. For that, I apologize. We're going to stop doing that because it builds consumer expectations at a time when we're not fully ready to make it happen yet.

Also, Justin has nothing to do with our delays. Remember that the Avant side of things and the M & M side of things are independent. I can't speak for M & M, but yes, we are a little understaffed and we're going to fix that quite soon.

Once you've seen what direction we've gone in with the new products, these delays will make a lot more sense to you.

I like to hear about things, I think we all do! I think we need to feel a little more privileged and be a little less pushy with our insider information.

just send me all your phenogen so you dont have to worry about it anymore

The reason is that it would be released through al.com as a "beta", when al.com goes to releasing alot of betas. Had stuff to do before that which took longer than expected.
