i am new to the forum(today) and have a few questions that have been perplexing me. i am currently on a cutting cycle and trying to lose some fat. i have herd that suppliments like lypo 6 and hydroxycut can mess up your metabo when you stop taking them. does anyone know if this is true or can anyone make any recomedations.

thank you
Kimbo
Do a search on here. Lots of useful info already. If you have any specific questions afterwards feel free to post them.

so i looked around and can't find anything that answers the previouse question i had asked. i would really hate to start taking any fat loss suppliments if they are going to screw up my already slow metabo. any commets or sugestions would be greatly appriciated

haha i doubt you did a thorough search. but as long as the subject is open, i think an interesting question is the place of stimulants such as ECA -- since they increase cortisol and eventually cause a "rebound" when stopped, do we like such supplements for fat loss? other such goodies as sesathin seem to have less rebound and adrenal problems...

you're right i did not look too much. i am not much of a reader and sometimes go for the cop out and try to get people to answer my questions. i am sure i will find more answers to my questions as i brows the forum more and more. thank you for your comments. biggrin.gif

All stim abuse leads you to a dark place, how many steps do you think diet pills are away from amphetamine? (which is still used off label for obesity)

Adrenal fattige is real.
Insomnia is real.
Hypertension is real.

And theres a lot more.

Heres an idea, if you can't be fucked reading anything, you also can't be fucked putting in the effort to plan a diet or an exercise routine... so once you run out of pills you'll put more wieght on than when you started.

Stims can give a nice boost to a good plan, but they will only give you false hope in a shitty plan.

That said, I use stims.

lol. i feel i have a pretty good plan going right now, but i have always had trouble losing the few extra lbs. i feel i can get there eventually through just diet and exercise, the key is i have to be more dicaplined with all of it. i have just heard so many good and bad things about all the "diet pills" and there are so many on the market. i just thought it would be nice if i could give the fat loss a boost. i have always and still am on the chubby side. i am only 5'5" and weigh in around 195 -200lbs. i know i have put on a lot of muscle in the last year lifting regularly, and now my knowledge is starting to grow about how to get things done properly. so i will stick with it and hopefully and eventually get to my goal. smile.gif
