Alright I just ordered up some one+ from mike(hope it gets here soon)

This will be my first shot at transdermals and PH's....I feel confident and responsible...

I need a little help with the dosages....I want the bottle of one+ to last one 1 month and since I am going wit a modest dosage I think this should be easily achievable?

I may add some 1,4 andro to stimulate appetite and some strength gains in the latter weeks....any thoughts on this?

If you'd like the bottle to last you 30days, you will need to keep daily dosages at 6squirts 2x daily. I generally recommend a higher dosage (9-12squirts x2), though the decision rests with your comfort levels, finances, etc..

I see no need for the addition of 1,4 Andro; this is your first use of androgens, so I would keep it fairly simple. I doubt that loss of appetite will be a major issue anyhow.

I agree on waiting down the road for the 1, 4, as well, the 1Test should do nicely on your appetite.
