what foods can put on some calories and fat??/
Lgoosey
well any food will put on calories and my guess is you dont want to become fat but rather gain muscle.
I dont know much about your goals, workout routine, age, experience but...
There's a plethora of info on this sort of subject.

Try a weight gainer if you wish...many use N-large by prolab which is great postworkout

try and be more specific with your line of questioning...hope this helped

As a general rule, if it tastes good, eat alot of it tongue.gif

If I was naturally lean and had trouble putting on muscle, I would just walk around with a jug of whole milk constantly, aside from around workout time, which would be much more targeted.

As one progresses the wrong way on the "naturally lean" part, I would lower the amount of fat in the milk, otherwise you will just get fat.

Yep, me too. Milk/protein powder and beef, along with everything else in sight. I'm 100lb heavier than when I started. I'm not ripped, but I'm bigger & stronger that I would've thought I could be when I first started. Now, I've realized I could really progress much more since I've learned so much here. Who knows where I'll finish....I'm looking forward to it though!

Krispy Kreme anyone?

Frozen Foods, biggie sized meals at fast food joints, frying tons of bacon in a pan and using some plain white bread to sponge up the grease residue. All tons of calories but not so favorable for optimal body-composition. smile.gif
