I have read in a few place about possible contraindications between sesamin and diuretics. What is the reason for this?

I am taking low dose HCTZ to counter Test induced hypertension via estrogen induced bloating (I always have problems with this on long ester test). I have recently added sesamin specifically to counter toxicity from drinking.

Since adding the sesamin the only thing I have noticed is excessive lethargy, though if I decide it isn't too risky I might continue to see if it subsides.

This is new to me. Have any linkage for the source of the potential problems?

A quick search showed NO contraindications for hypertensive patients taking diuretics + sesamin. This is a strong vote of confidence IMO.

Sesamin may be contraindicated with diuretic (water loss pills) medications. As always, consult with your physician prior to using any dietary supplement.

Doesn't say what might be bad and I can't find anything else referencing possible problems.
