Coach, how should nutrition change for someone who lifts / does cardio & MMA type skills in the PM? Should things such as the PWO shake be taken half after each session? What about those work night shift?

depending on the activity output you might take in your full serving two times per day or yes you can divide the distribution
or maybe take in a higher percentage of daily totals around workout times
