Luffa, or bath sponge. Its used by many women, (and some men) when using body wash type shampoos and soaps. Here is a picture. I hope that helps you

i had a luffa shaped like a monkey, LOL it was cool. it was a gift guys i didn't go and buy it.

If a louffa is too effeminate for you, go to the local hardware store and pick up some coarse grip sandpaper. Sure, you'll bleed and hinder absorption, but your sense of manhood will be retained .

i use a luffa for everyday use, it helps keep one clean and is just part of life. if not use a wash cloth.

I have rubbed so many topical lotions on different parts of my body over the past year, that using a luffa has become a normal twice daily part of my life.

So what's the point of the pre-app scrubbing? Just to make sure the skin is free of dirt? Or something to do with getting the red and increasing absorbtion? Because I kinda half-ass use a washcloth (I don't think I'm ever that dirty).

damn good....I've been busting my balls in the gym and it's been a week as of today...Gained about 7 pounds, some of which is water but I'm happy.
