I am currently undecided on what supplements to take. I am 5'10 164lbs and have supposedly 10% bodyfat. Amazingly i can only see the top 4 abs and have a slight pouch on my lower abs. I am taking lipoderm raspberry ketones and fish oil. I need to know some opinions on what i should take to help loose that pouch. Also my other question is does no-xplode really work well? I was looking for something help build my lean muscle while im still loosing wieght to lower my BF. Sorry guys if this sounds like a stuiped problem but im really unsure of what to do because i have tried many supplements that haven't worked for example Hydroxycut hardcore lipo-6 and amp which i didnt really finish but didnt effect me much with any of them. I need some serious advice thank you for those who took thier time out!

Sounds like we're in the same boat...im 5'10 160 and have about 5 or 6% bf (according to my omron bf tester thing so idk how accurate it is)...i tried lipo-6 so i can get a completely flat and defined stomach but it didnt do anything for me. I think its meant more for ppl that are overweight...i tried no-xplode but i didnt get much out of it. Everyone i know that has taken it loves it tho, so u might want to give it a shot...my goals are pretty much the same as urs. i want to add lean mass while maintaing my bf% or even lowering it...look at my post underneath this one, i listed a bunch of supplements i plan on trying or have taken. One supp i can recommend is r-ala. I havent been taking it that long but it seems like im starting to lean out a little more from it.

Thanks for the suggestion. I plan on looking into it there are so many supplements out there and its hard to find something that works Lipoderm is working a little bit but i feel it burn one day and dissapear another. Its just a pain to loose the stomach fat.

Ya im having the same problem with my lower stomach. I think its a pain for everyone except for guys who have like 2 or 3% bf. I heard 11-OXO can help with visceral fat but its pretty expensive so i never tried it out

Get the 11-oxo + abliderate stack from nutraplanet. Best buy you'll have ever made.

I think the answer for you is to get your diet in check first before you turn to supplements as the "magic bullet" that is going to get those abs popping. Supplements play an very small role in the overall scheme of changing your body comp. Get the basics down first. If you are really 10%, then you aren't very far off. Try upping the cardio a bit (fasted morning cardio is what I prefer for this) and dropping your cals and that pouch should come off shortly.

And for the money, there are better products than NO Xplode, but if you want to pay for their massive marketing campaign, give it a shot.

money is not an issue what is a better bet?

i just did a show and my pouch didn't go away until I hit 3% body fat, and even then i could have used another week of dieting to bring in more detail into my lower abs.
