Over the last year I've let myself get out of shape, badly out of shape. We're talking ~18% bf and no respectable amount of LBM =/
However, 4 weeks ago I decided enough was enough and that I'd get my fatass back into shape. So for the past 4 weeks Ive been lifting
3xweek, running(sprinting soon) 2xweek with minimal supplement use(only 8g/day of Fishoil). All has gone well so far, down ~8lbs. But being the supplement
junky that I am, its time to start supplementing

Here's what I've planned so far:
Staples:
-E/C/N + Maybe Y(still have some laying around here)
-Continue fishoil @ 8g/day in two doses(AM/PM)
-Sesathin
Maybes:
-Salvia Miltiorrhiza
-forskolin
-Anything you guys/gals suggest
Note: Diet isn't anything special, just a hypo-cal low-carb diet.
So whacha think?
Edit: Forgot to mention I drink 7-8 cups of green tea throughout the day
