First Ill quickly get you guys and gals up to speed.

Over the last year I've let myself get out of shape, badly out of shape. We're talking ~18% bf and no respectable amount of LBM =/

However, 4 weeks ago I decided enough was enough and that I'd get my fatass back into shape. So for the past 4 weeks Ive been lifting
3xweek, running(sprinting soon) 2xweek with minimal supplement use(only 8g/day of Fishoil). All has gone well so far, down ~8lbs. But being the supplement
junky that I am, its time to start supplementing smile.gif

Here's what I've planned so far:

Staples:

-E/C/N + Maybe Y(still have some laying around here)
-Continue fishoil @ 8g/day in two doses(AM/PM)
-Sesathin

Maybes:

-Salvia Miltiorrhiza
-forskolin
-Anything you guys/gals suggest

Note: Diet isn't anything special, just a hypo-cal low-carb diet.

So whacha think?

Edit: Forgot to mention I drink 7-8 cups of green tea throughout the day

I am considering this regimen both on a PSMF and a UD2.0

And wondering if this regimen would be better than simply taking something like m4ohn while on hypocaloric diet

One of my best most successful cuts I ever had, was when I drank a shot of some type of Vinegar before every meal. I got down to 8% bodyfat and that so far is my personal best, percentage wise. Which is pretty good since I am genetically, 100% Endomorph.

So I would suggest using that trick if you can stomache it.

Second, I really like using a little bit of Magnesium Citrate before bed on a cut. It doesn't really help you lose fat, but it will give you a great big bowel movement in the morning.

This made me feel much lighter all day, and although it didn't directly make me lose bodyfat, it indirectly motivated me everyday to keep going. Because feeling light and agile on your toes, just feels great.
