I'm really curious about the fat loss effects of Anabolic Pump and PowerFULL and I'm choosing which one to go for. Currently I'm doing the folowing:-
Using Lipoderm-Y (8 pumps 2x daily)
eating a clean diet 5-6 meals as follows:
Breakfast: 1.5 buiscuit of Oatabix (15 g carbs/buiscuit) => 22.5g carbs
100 ml semi-skimmed milk approx 6.5 g carbs
1 cap Sesathin, 1 cap Vaporise (sesamin + fish oils), 1 cap R-ALA (200g)
1.5 scoop Isobolic - protein (31 g protein)
Lunch, snacks and dinner I have either Isobolic, Zero Fat Cheddar, Cod fish, Salmon (30g protein)
with vegetable such as kidney beans, runner beans, asparagus peti pois, baby carrots, lettuce, tomatoes.
I add fats such as penut butter, Sesalean (since today I've gone off penut butter because I keep gourging on it and bumping up calories).
I drink 2L of water per day and practice intense Thai Kickboxing for 45 mins 4 days per week in the morning with 2 days of Weights to maintain muscle mass. I use Cittruline Malate (3.5g), Black coffee (expresso) and L-Tyrosine (1000mg) as pre-workout. I use L-Glutamine (1 teaspoon), Liquid BCAA's, 1 multivitamin (AST brand) and 20g Natural Whey for recovery right after training for recovery.
I've been on this particular routine for 2 weeks and have been training since early April.
I've got 4-5 lbs (estimated)of stubborn fat to loose around the lower back, love handles and a little abound lower abs.
*I've got the abs showing good, but I still need some help with the stubborn body fat and my stomach seems to expand around mid day afternoon for some reason (it's not as flat as in the morning). -> I've no idea why that is or how to get rid of that, but I was wondering whether Anabolic Pump or PowerFULL may do the trick. What would you recommend?
*Also, I know that you need to significantly increase carb meals with Anabolic Pump. How will this affect bloating or a stomach that's susseptable to expansion?
*Can I use either product safely with Lipoderm-Y?
